At EnvisionWorth, we treat your financial data with the highest level of confidentiality and care. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal and financial information, including our use of cookies and similar technologies, and how you can exercise your rights under applicable laws.

Before You Create an Account
You can use our free planner without an account. If you do, the goals and income you enter stay in your browser. We never receive them. Nothing you type into the planner is transmitted to us unless you choose to create an account, at which point your plan is carried over so you do not have to enter it again.
We do collect anonymous usage analytics on these pages through Google Analytics, including which steps of the planner you reach, how many goals you add and of what kind, the growth setting chosen, the rounded share of income a plan uses, and whether you go on to create an account. The amounts, names and income you type are never included. These measurements are not linked to a name or an account, because at that point you do not have one. They tell us how the tool is used, not who used it. You can switch this off at any time using the Cookie Preferences control in section 9 below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as that same request and keep these analytics off.

- • Refresh your linked accounts automatically about once a day, even when you are not signed in, so your plan and plan emails stay current. Connections stay read-only, and you can disconnect any account at any time

4. Limited Data Sharing
No Selling. No Ads. Ever.
We do not sell or monetize your identifiable data. Your information is never shared with third parties for advertising.
We may share data only:
- • With Plaid, for secure financial account access
- • With Stripe, to process subscription payments (Stripe collects and holds your card details; we never see or store your full card number)
- • With service providers who run the service for us, such as hosting and email delivery, under contracts that limit their use of your data
- • To comply with legal obligations (e.g. subpoena, court order)
- • With your clear and informed consent

6. Your Data Rights
Under GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and PIPEDA, you may:
- • Access: Get a copy of your data
- • Correct: Update inaccurate or outdated info
- • Delete: Request full account deletion
- • Withdraw: Revoke app connections any time
- • Port: Export your data in a machine-readable format
- • Limit: Restrict certain types of data use
- • Opt out of sale or sharing: We do not sell your personal information. If you are a California resident, you may still direct us not to share it for cross-context behavioural advertising using the Cookie Preferences control in section 9 below, which turns off analytics for this browser.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
- • Active accounts: Data retained to provide services
- • Account closures: Personal data deleted within 30 days
- • Analytics: Data is anonymized before long-term storage
- • Payments: If you paid for a subscription, records of those payments (your email, invoices, and charges) stay with Stripe, our payment processor, after you delete your account, for as long as tax law requires
- • Legal obligations: Some retention may be required by law
8. International Transfers
We store Canadian user data in Canada when possible. When data must be transferred internationally, we apply legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent protection measures. Some providers, including email delivery, process data in the United States.
9. Cookie Consent and Management
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function, and continuing to use EnvisionWorth means they are set. Analytics cookies are on by default and are described in a notice shown on your first visit. You may turn them off at any time, and you do not need an account to do so.

11. Governing Law
EnvisionWorth is owned by 16672906 Canada Inc. which is a federally incorporated company in Canada. This Privacy Policy is governed by the federal laws of Canada, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By accessing or using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts, with venue in Ontario, for any disputes related to this policy.
If you are a resident of another jurisdiction, including the United States, you may also have rights under additional laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), or other regional regulations. We will honor those rights where applicable.
